S-Drive Members are provided with 2 convenient ways of making your booking easy:

 

• Pre-booking – prior to the event, you can call (or send through an assistance alert – should you have been provided the functionality on your phone... where one of our friendly HomeDrive client Agents will call you back) and make a booking for a time and date on which you required the assistance.

• – either a planned event, where but In the Moment you may have forgotten or on-the-whim event where you may have had one sip too many... a call (or send through an assistance alert – should you have been provided the functionality on your phone... where one of our friendly HomeDrive client Agents will call you back) to make a booking for time later for that day/night.

 

Either way, your driving team will be there to pick you up!! Your Driver Team consists of a backup driver and vehicle.  The lead driver will drive you home in your own vehicle and a backup driver who will follow and collect the Lead Driver from your house.

They may even tuck you in!
